You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Enter it on our Track Order page.

4. What if my item arrives damaged?

Email us within 48 hours at summithealth@aol.com with photos, and we will replace the item.

5. Do you offer returns?

Yes—within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition.

6. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled before they are processed. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
